ORIGINZ COLLECTIBLES 30 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days if the item is defective or damaged and thereby deemed unfit for purposes. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
How to return an item
If you wish to return an item, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of a damaged or defective item, please provide information on the specific damage/defect and attach photographic evidence via email to assist with the return process. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (please check with your bank for more information).
In the case that an item arrives in a condition that deems it unfit for purposes and the customer wishes to return the item, a full refund of original shipping will be provided to the customer. Return shipping will also be provided by us. If the customer wishes to exchange the item, initial postage costs will still apply, however, we will assume the costs of both return and replacement shipping.
If a customer returns an item which is deemed to be damaged or defective and unfit for purposes, a full refund wil be provided. If the customer should choose to, a store credit in the amount owing to the customer for costs of goods can be placed against their account to be used at their leisure.
Packaging For Return Shipping
Items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition in which they arrived. Further instructions will be supplied by a team member during the returns process to assure all requirements are met.
All orders placed (In-Stock or Pre-Order) via our website (originzcollectibles.com.au) are bound by the same terms and conditions. All orders are final once you have placed them. Payment must be in full before an order can be processed and shipped. Pre-orders must have either full payment or minimum pre order payment as stated on the web page. Cancellations of orders and pre-orders can occur only if it hasn't progressed past the point where it’s paperwork has been sent to the warehouse to be processed and despatched. We do not offer a refund for change of mind. Funds can either be returned to the customer as store credit, or the existing order can be changed over to another product. Cash refunds will not be given. Alterations to existing orders can occur only if said order has not progressed past the point where it’s paperwork has been sent to the warehouse to be processed and despatched.
